HANOI - Doctors in central Vietnam trying to remove a malignant tumor at the foot of a man who weighed about 80 pounds.

Doctors from the clinic in Ho Chi Minh declared, swelling of the tumor twisting the spine and pelvis Nguyen. It also causes problems in breathing and blood pressure.
